Our rooms

Our accommodation is completely self-contained and comprises three letting rooms, each with a television.

Double room with en suite bathroom

 

This first floor double room with king sized bed has a south-facing view over the garden opposite. We have a large wild bird population which can be seen pecking away on the feeders from the window. The larger-than-average bathroom has a bath with shower over, a toilet and wash basin.

Twin-bedded Room with en suite bathroom

This first floor room faces south over the garden. There is a spacious built-in wardrobe and en suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Single / Small Twin Room

This ground-floor room is situated at the rear of the house. There is a wash hand basin within and shared use of the camp site shower room and toilet facilities.

Lounge / Dining Room

The spacious and attractive lounge, facing south and incorporating a beautiful beamed ceiling and large open fireplace, is the ideal place to relax and unwind. It’s a shared area which guests are welcome to use. There is a television and a selection of books.

At the rear of the room is the dining area where breakfast is served around a large oak dining table from 7-9 am.

Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen, which incorporates oven, hob and microwave, can be used by guests to make drinks as and when required. More substantial meals may be cooked by arrangement.

Conservatory & Garden

Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the garden and conservatory.

Children and pets

Children are welcome. We accept well trained, obedient dogs (one per room/booking) by negotiation.

Smoking

We have a no smoking policy throughout the house.

Parking

Elm Tree Farm has sufficient private off-road parking and for those who arrive by bicycle there is secure lock-up space in the garage. We have plenty of room to store larger items of equipment.

Housekeeping

An iron and ironing board, shoe cleaning materials and a hair dryer are available on request. For those guests who are staying at Elm Tree Farm for a longer period, we are prepared to do washing for a reasonable fee.

Self-catering

Contractors

Elm Tree Farm is an ideal location to relax for a few days but its excellent internal facilities also make it a good choice for contractors and others wanting longer term accommodation. Contact us for availability and offers.
